Use & Care

The steaks are shipped frozen with gel packs. Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze to enjoy at a later date. The steaks keeps refrigerated, up to 5 days, unopened, or up to 3 months frozen. If frozen, remove the steaks from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. We recommend placing the steaks on a tray during thawing to catch any juices.
