  • This lightly marbled flank steak from Double R Ranch Co. is especially robust and juicy— delicious on its own, or marinated. A long, lean cut from the lower hindquarters also known as the bavette in France, the flank takes marinates beautifully and cooks quickly.

    • Single hand-cut steak; approx. 1 lb., 8 oz.
    • Shipped frozen.
    • Product of USA and Canada.
    • The steaks are shipped frozen with gel packs. Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze to enjoy at a later date. The steaks keeps refrigerated, up to 5 days, unopened, or up to 3 months frozen. If frozen, remove the steaks from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. We recommend placing the steaks on a tray during thawing to catch any juices.
