  • Lean yet tender, filet mignon is delicious on its own and the perfect foil for sauces. Pasture-raised and grain-finished, Double R Ranch Co. filet mignon has a robust, meaty flavor and the luxuriant texture that marks a top-quality filet.

    • Four hand-cut 1 1/2"-thick filets; 7 oz. each.
    • Shipped frozen.
    • Product of USA and Canada.

  • Receiving Instructions

    The filets are shipped frozen with cold packs to maintain the appropriate temperature during shipment, and it may arrive partially thawed. This is to be expected and does not impact the safety of the product. Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze to enjoy at a later date. The filets keep refrigerated, up to 5 days, unopened, or up to 3 months frozen. If frozen, remove the filets from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. We recommend placing the filets on a tray during thawing to catch any juices. For best quality, we do not recommend refreezing the steaks after they have been thawed.
