Double R Ranch Co. Corned Beef
Classic corned beef makes an excellent choice for Sunday supper gatherings, as well as an easy weeknight dinner. And of course you can’t make a true Reuben without it. Ours, from Washington State’s Double R Co. Ranch, is a restaurant-quality cut of pasture-raised, grain-finished beef, brined and spiced to tender, succulent perfection. It's easy to prepare: simply braise it in a Dutch oven and serve with a selection of mustards, horseradish and other savory condiments.

- Use & Care
The corned beef was shipped frozen with cold packs to maintain the appropriate temperature during shipment, and it may arrive partially thawed. This is to be expected and does not impact the safety of the product. Upon receipt refrigerate the corned beef, or freeze to enjoy at a later date. It will keep refrigerated up to 5 days, or frozen up to 3 months, unopened. For best quality, we do not recommend refreezing the corned beef after it has been thawed.
Proper Thawing Technique
Remove the meat from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. To retain more of the natural juices, leave the meat in its original packaging while thawing. It is normal for natural juices to accumulate.
