Brisket is a favorite for casual cooks and competitive BBQ chefs alike. Marinated or rubbed with spices, it can be placed on indirect heat and left to cook all afternoon while you prepare side dishes and enjoy time with guests. Our brisket comes from Double R Ranch Co., where each cut is hand selected and specially aged to ensure beef that is hearty and robustly flavorful.

The brisket is shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze to enjoy at a later date. The brisket keeps refrigerated, up to 5 days, unopened, or up to 3 months frozen. If frozen, remove the brisket from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. We recommend placing the brisket on a tray during thawing to catch any juices. For best quality, we do not recommend refreezing the brisket after it has been thawed.
