- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Hand-wash in hot water without detergent; dry immediately.
- Season the pan before first use: rub interior with oil and place in hot oven. After each use, hand-wash in hot water without detergent and dry thoroughly. Oil regularly to maintain seasoning.

For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

I love this pan and I have owned it for 9 years! It makes flawless crepes and as I have moved to alternative flours, the performance hasn't decreased. I now make crepes out of chestnut flour, almond flour, and even chocolate millet crepes. The trick is to properly season the pan and never let soap touch it again. Sometimes I clean it with salt and hot water but that is all. 9 years no rust! If your house is humid, I suggest storing the pan upside down. Sometimes the issue isn't how well you have seasoned the pan, it is the residual moisture in the air of your home.
