This mandoline is the first on the market that effectively allows you to dice vegetables and fruits quickly and precisely using a patented safety pusher. The mandoline also creates slices, crinkle cuts, waffle cuts, diamond cuts and julienne in a range of thicknesses using four interchangeable blades. Other helpful features include a nonstick cutting surface, a straight hollow-ground blade that minimizes friction when you're slicing and dicing, and an on-board storage case for the julienne blades. The stainless-steel tool comes with four blades and an instructional DVD.
