When it comes to making the perfect mashed potatoes, nothing beats the efficiency of our potato ricer. Unlike a traditional masher, this tool extrudes boiled potatoes in fluffy rice-like grains, incorporating air in the process. Just place potatoes in the extra-large hopper and press the removable handle. The hopper is perforated on all sides for maximum yield, and rubber-coated ridges allow the ricer to rest on pots without scratching them. Stainless-steel and cast-aluminum construction.
