Cup4Cup Gluten-Free Flour
Rated 2 out of 5 by JSA9 from Flavorless I purchased this mix because all of the great reviews and because I like the regular cup4cup flour blend. However, I find this to be flavorless and dry. It tastes like a cheap cracker. It's easy to make, but not worth it. I will keep looking for the perfect gluten free pizza crust!Date published: 2016-01-10Rated 5 out of 5 by Runner76 from Best gluten free pizza crust mix We have tried so many others but this is by far the best. We use it with our Breville pizza maker and it comes out great. Far better product than any other gf mixes on the market.Date published: 2015-04-07Rated 5 out of 5 by MommaKcooks from Great Gluten Free Pizza Crust This is my husband and my favorite pizza crust, as we are gluten free. Its fast and easy, and delicious. I bought the WS pizza spices and sprinkle some on it before baking, even better. We each fix our own pizza, he likes a meaty pizza, I like veggie, we use WS sauce or I make my own and some fresh grated cheese and its a wonderful meal. Its fun to make too. Love it. This makes makes two good sized pizzas for each of us, we eat them for leftovers the next day.Date published: 2014-12-27Rated 5 out of 5 by RexLynn from Yum! Have you ever been to Bella's? I'm a recent addition to the gluten free world and it has not been easy. Products like this are making it easier! I have made homemade pizza for 30 years and always added Parmesan chez to the dough, so I did this time too. I used a pizza stone but didn't cook the dough first.... forgot! I covered it with sauce and toppings and it came out of the oven looking beautiful. Of course, taste is the important factor. My husband, who does not need to be GF, said it was the best pizza he had eaten since we were at Bella's in Old Town SanDiego! And Bella's was not GF! The only bad part was that we saved half for the next day and GF dough is not as good reheated. Next time we eat it all at once! Thanks William Sonoma!Date published: 2014-02-12Rated 1 out of 5 by suzusuz from Pizza dough Very disappointed. The crust was tasteless. I major in food in college and it was nothing like a dough crust. One is better off making from scratch.Date published: 2013-11-25Rated 5 out of 5 by jessietx from Great product I bought this for friends who are gluten free and ended up enjoying it too. We followed the pre-baking instructions and finished it off on a pizza stone. You also don't have to allow any time for the dough to rise, so that's an added plus.Date published: 2013-07-10Rated 5 out of 5 by PleasureChest from This is worth every cent If you are new to a gluten free lifestyle and pizza was the hardest thing to say so long to, this is your ticket to embracing the whole hog. Yes, it's pricey, but once you indulge in the soft, chewy crust, money will be no option. We made both doughs and left one wrapped in plastic for two days in the fridge before we stretched it and it was still delicious!!!Date published: 2013-02-13Rated 5 out of 5 by chefsherry from Best Gluten-Free Pizza Flour! I have been so disappointed by all the gluten-free flours on the market until now. This flour acts and feels like real flour. It exceeded all my expectations. Now my clients are so happy to be able to eat great tasting pizza again.Date published: 2013-01-06
