Creminelli Rosemary Ham

A native of northern Italy, Cristiano Creminelli has been producing artisanal salumi, following in the footsteps of his family dating back to the 1600s. In 2006, he brought the art of fine cured meats to America, starting up production in Utah and using only the best quality all-natural American heritage pork from antibiotic-free, pasture-raised pigs. This tender, succulent ham uses the same leg cut as used in Italian prosciutto, lightly salted and infused with the savory aroma of rosemary. To enjoy, trim the rind, leaving the fat cap, and slice thin, cold, for deli-style sandwiches, or gently heat in the oven and serve thicker slices as an entree for a holiday meal.

- Use & Care
- The ham is shipped chilled with ice packs. Upon receipt, immediately place the ham in the refrigerator in the original packaging. It will keep in the refrigerator for up to 30 days, unopened, or up to 2 weeks opened (tightly wrapped in plastic wrap). We do not recommend freezing the ham.
- Remove the ham from the refrigerator, unwrap from packaging and place in a roasting pan. Trim the skin with a paring or serrated knife, leaving a layer of fat. For a traditional presentation, the fat can be cross-hatched into a diamond pattern and/or glazed. If glazing, roast uncovered. If roasting without glaze, loosely cover with foil. Bake in a 375˚–400˚F oven for 30–40 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. To serve, cut into thin slices.
- Pork, water, salt, natural flavors, sugars.
