Red Wine Marinated Roast Beef
A native of northern Italy, Cristano Creminelli has been producing artisanal salumi, following in the footsteps of his family dating back to the 1600s. In 2006, he brought the art of fine cured meats to America, starting up production in Utah. This succulent boneless whole-muscle cut of all-natural, antibiotic-free beef was marinated in Italian red wine, then slow-roasted to intensify the beef flavor and retain tenderness and moistness. The marinated meat naturally pairs beautifully with red wine. Slice thin, cold, for deli-style sandwiches, or gently heat in the oven and serve thicker slices as an entree for a holiday meal.

- The roast beef is shipped to you chilled with ice packs. Upon receipt immediately store the roast beef in the refrigerator, where it will keep up to 2 weeks, opened, or up to 30 days, unopened. We do not recommend freezing the roast beef.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove roast beef from refrigerator and discard packaging. Place beef on a roasting pan and cover loosely with foil. Once the oven is preheated, cook the roast beef for approximately 30 minutes, allowing the beef a period of 10 minutes to rest before slicing and serving.
