This trio of traditional French-style pâtés is hand made from a family recipe using wholesome ingredients. All meats are produced without antibiotics or hormones, and each recipe is free of preservatives, artificial ingredients and nitrites.
Pâté with Black Pepper: A classic, dense blend of pork, pork liver, red wine and black pepper, topped with a layer of black-pepper aspic.
Rillettes de Porc: Features shredded pork meat and savory pork fat cooked into a substantial confit and finished with a layer of pork fat, in the traditional style.
Truffle Mousse: Chicken livers, black truffles, porcini mushrooms and sherry, cooked into a creamy mousse and finished with a layer of black-truffle aspic.
