This professional-weight loaf pan is made for us by Chicago Metallic. The aluminum-coated steel is heavier in gauge than that of standard home bakeware and won't rust or warp. Extremely durable, the metal heats quickly and evenly to ensure uniform baking. With use, the pan darkens slightly, increasing its ability to absorb heat. The pan is finished with rolled rims. 1-lb. pan is 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 3/4" high. Made in the USA. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.


  • Dishwasher safe.
  • Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
  • Oven safe to 550°F.
  • Safe for use with all utensils. Metal utensils may scratch the pan but will not affect its performance.
  • Do not cut in pan.
  • Prepare pan according to the recipe. Grease and flour if specified.
  • There is no need to adjust the oven temperature called for in recipe.
