With its tender, flaky flesh and clean, sweet flavor, cod is famous for a reason. It’s the go-to for fish and chips; excellent when poached, wrapped in parchment or sautéed; and takes well to Asian preparations. Our fillets are cut to order from wild Atlantic cod caught in New England coastal waters. Pristinely fresh, the fish pairs wonderfully with the fresh herbs and vegetables of the season.

Receiving Instructions
- The cod ships fresh with ice packs. Upon receipt, refrigerate the fish, or freeze to serve at a later date. To freeze, remove the fish from its original packaging and store in an airtight freezer bag. (Remove as much air as possible from the bag to prevent freezer burn.) It will keep refrigerated up to 4 days, or frozen up to 3 months.
Proper thawing
- Remove the wrapped fish from the freezer and let thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Place the frozen package on a plate or tray to catch any juices that accumulate during thawing.
