Talented pastry chef Cassandra Chen worked at some of San Francisco’s finest restaurants before starting her own line of artisanal caramels, sauces and caramel corn. These decadent sauces reflect her training—she uses only the best butter, cream and sugar to create caramel sauces with a rich buttery flavor and a smooth, velvety texture. No artificial flavorings are ever used. We offer Sel Gris, caramel swirled with French sea salt; and Dark Chocolate, caramel flavored with rich, dark Guittard cocoa.

- The caramel sauce ships at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store the sauce at room temperature
- After opening, store in the refrigerator, where it will keep up to 6 months.
