Talented pastry chef Cassandra Chen worked at some of San Francisco’s finest restaurants before starting her own line of artisanal caramels, sauces and caramel corn. For the caramel corn, her team pops organic corn fresh every day and mixes each batch of large, fluffy kernels by hand with sweet, buttery caramel, hand-roasted nuts and seasonings. Choose from two varieties:

• Pistachio Nut, a salty-sweet mix of crunchy salted pistachios and caramel corn.
• Spiced Almond, roasted almonds and caramel corn spiced with paprika, cayenne and salt; or a special set that includes one of each flavor.
• Two 8-oz. bags of the same flavor; Special set includes one of each flavor.
