    Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Caramels:  A soft vanilla bean–flecked caramel made using real Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans.

About CC Made

Cassandra Chen worked on the trading floor for a bank, but found that fine dinners out were the best part of her job. One day she asked for a job in the kitchen of one of her favorite restaurants—and was hired immediately. She moved on to make pastry at San Francisco’s famous Jardinière and began to make caramel corn in her spare time. It was an instant hit among family and friends, and a business was born.
