This set includes four ramekins and a traditional salamander for making silky crème brulee or crema catalana. Each dish is made of specially fired terra-cotta for use on heat sources ranging from oven to stovetop to the microwave.
- These dishes are made in Breda, Spain, a tiny village with a long history of ceramic craftsmanship.
- The dish will retain heat and continue to simmer even after being brought to the table for serving.
- Lead-free, natural glaze won’t react with foods.
- This set includes four ramekins and a metal salamander for caramelizing.
- Ramekins can also be used for individual servings of macaroni and cheese, gratins or vegetables topped with grated cheese.

Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops.
- Freezer, microwave, oven and broiler safe.
- Before use, wet the base thoroughly with water.
- Do not subject to abrupt changes in temperature, as this can cause the cazuela to shatter.
- To caramelize sugar on top of cream, place iron on a heat source until red, then press into sugar.

- Allow to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Dry thoroughly after washing.
