Rated 2 out of 5 by Bronze from A little small Really nice mug just a little small. Says it's 14oz but when your coffee maker puts in 12oz you hardly have room for cream. Used a measuring cup to be sure and this is a 12oz cup.Date published: 2016-11-29Rated 5 out of 5 by LucyFlo from Sculptural quality Bought 6 Jars mugs in 3 different colors. Each one is a handmade masterpiece. Really makes drinking coffee a visually stunning experience. This is the quality I expect from Williams Sonoma.Date published: 2015-07-24Rated 3 out of 5 by amywusa from Nice heavy mugs for coffee, but... These mugs are a great size and shape. The smooth, white matte finish makes these comfortable to hold and the contrasting, inside crackle glaze is somewhat unique for each mug. Very attractive. I bought 6 of these in a color that is now discontinued and had to switch out 2 for another color due to hairline cracks after using boiling water. Perhaps they were cracked initially, but both I noticed after making chai tea. Nevertheless, WS was very gracious in replacing them with no hassle. I will avoid boiling water in the future and use another mug.Date published: 2014-11-02Rated 5 out of 5 by Sassycat from Perfect cup of java! I have had these for a year (orange) and I am currently ordering another set in (aqua). The size, shape, weight of these beautiful mugs are perfect for enjoying a cup (or four) of coffee. They are comparatively expensive, but totally worth it. They all look just as good as the first day I used them. No signs of wear or chipping (I wash them in the dishwasher).Date published: 2014-09-21Rated 3 out of 5 by Nadeem from Great, Beautiful Mugs, But ... Bought these mugs because they looked great and had a nice touch to them. Got them in different colors, had them for two months and they started to chip from the top edge. The video they had from the manufacturer said 'these don't chip' apparently they do. Love them but have to return them for something else, these are expensive and should not chip as they claimed.Date published: 2014-01-26Rated 5 out of 5 by nick510 from A new color every morning Love these beautiful mugs. The outside is a soft, creamy, matte finish and the inside is a brilliant, shiny burst of glaze. I bought a set in store comprised of two of each color. It's so nice to see them all together and to pick whatever color best suits my morning to start each day. Don't know if I would want four of just one of the colors as they make you buy on the website.Date published: 2013-06-21Rated 5 out of 5 by nonnie4 from Absolutely Gorgeous Mugs! I was in a Williams Sonoma store this week to look around and came upon these absolutely gorgeous mugs! I bought the orange one to try (I am particiular about my coffee mugs!!). The size is great (not too big) and the inside striated color is beautiful. I am going back to buy one of each color as I love them. While the set of 4 is all one color, I prefer one of each color:)Date published: 2013-02-01
