Cajun Turkey Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya
A New Orleans party classic, our Creole-style jambalaya descends from a traditional French Quarter recipe—and hand made by some of Louisiana's best cooks. This hearty specialty is a true one-dish meal, loaded with big chunks of chicken and smoked sausage. They're mixed with fluffy white rice and seasoned with the signature flavors of the bayou, including celery, bell peppers, onions, garlic and a savory medley of peppery Creole spices. Just heat and serve, then laissez les bons temps rouler!

The jambalaya was shipped to you frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, place the jambalaya in the freezer, where it will keep for up to 3 months, or thaw and use within 10 days.
Defrost jambalaya in refrigerator overnight, or thaw under cold running water until fluid. Bring 2 to 3 quarts of water to a boil in a saucepot. Place thawed jambalaya pouch into boiling water, then simmer 10 to 20 minutes until warmed through. After carefully draining the water, remove the jambalaya from the pot. Take caution in cutting open the bag, as the steam will be hot. Spoon or pour the jambalaya into a bowl and serve.
