This premium extra-virgin olive oil is produced in the rugged Sierra foothills of California from a blend of organically grown Picholine, Columella and Ascolano olives. The olives are hand picked and pressed using a unique extraction method developed in Italy. One of only five in the world, the innovative Cultivar 500 mill operates under vacuum pressure, thus preserving the highest possible levels of nutrients and antioxidants. The resulting golden oil is mildly intense, exceptionally flavorful and fragrant, with a rich, rounded and buttery taste and perfumes of tropical fruit.
