The bûche de noël is a French holiday favorite, inspired by the giant Yule logs that were traditionally burned on Christmas Eve. Our is handcrafted of moist chocolate genoise cake, rolled with creamy chocolate ganache and finished with chocolate truffle buttercream “bark.” Delicate meringue “mushrooms” and real greenery add realistic finishing touches.
