For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Its still sort of works but does not crush up the ice, making a funny noise and half doing the job. I make smoothies everyday and I've never had a blender not do want this one should do. I only make smoothies in summer and again not daily. I use to blend items for cooking and occassional smoothle with ice. Love that the canister is glass, so it's easy to clean. I have more than a few Breville products and I love them. They appear to be good quality products. This blender worked pretty well everyday for 2 years. Suddenly it will not turn on and the red light flashes. When I tried a new smoothie recipe that had some chopped dates and bananas along with milk and yogurt, it started to stall. The container was a little more full than usual so I took out some of the contents and tried again. Then it began to smell like the motor was burning out. I turned it off completely and emptied everything out. I let it cool off for several hours, and although the motor turned on later, it was no longer working effectively. I was very disappointed because for the most part it worked well until then. It does not seem the motor is very durable or powerful on this unit. Like another review the seal burned up - this is the seal in the blade assembly. The first time it happened just after the warranty expired - and we figured it was just unlucky ... bought a new bowl and bottom unit ... and less than a year later that one burned up too.
