This sauce is microbrewed in small batches and aged in repurposed bourbon barrels, resulting in a deeply flavored soy sauce with hints of smoky oak and a mild sweetness reminiscent of fine bourbon. Soybean mash is fermented and aged in repurposed bourbon barrels for 12 months for a unique, ultra-rich flavor with a touch of gentle smoke.
