Chef Thomas Keller developed our exclusive cookie mixes to re-create the delight of the cookies offered at his award-winning Bouchon Bakery in California's Napa Valley. The easy-to-use mixes get their extraordinary flavor from premium natural ingredients. The Oatmeal Raisin mix includes Nielsen-Massey vanilla, Indonesian cinnamon and three types of raisins. The Chocolate Chunk mix includes Callebaut chocolate, Nielsen-Massey vanilla and muscovado sugar, a dark brown variety that derives its color from sugarcane juice. The Double Chocolate mix features Callebaut chocolate, Nielsen-Massey vanilla, and for depth of flavor, a touch of molasses. The Shortbread mix is hand blended using only the finest natural ingredients, including pure Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean paste. Making a batch of the soft, moist cookies is simple: Combine each mix with butter and one egg before shaping and baking. Each mix makes 16 traditional cookies or 8 extra-large Bouchon-style cookies.
