Droga Christmas Put Your Money on Honey
These artisan confections were inspired by a bet that soft, chewy caramels couldn’t be made without corn syrup. The self-proclaimed “worker bees” at Droga Chocolates were up to the challenge, handcrafting their caramels using local wildflower honey, organic butter, and cream. The treats are enrobed in Guittard dark chocolate, topped with French fleur de sel and packaged in a playful limited-edition gift box designed by Mr. Boddington's Studio—a boutique luxury stationer and design house in New York.
