Biovette Piemontesi Crackers
Vecchio Mulino has been famous for its crispy, golden breadsticks known as rubatà since the Bertolone family founded the company in 1860. Located in the town of Carmignola in the hills outside Turin, Italy, Vecchio Mulino is still run by the same family today, and still hand makes its baked goods in small batches using traditional recipes, slow leavening and fresh, GMO-free ingredients. These petite crackers have a subtle flavor that makes them great alongside cheese or dips and as an accompaniment to fruity Italian wines. Choose from sea salt or rosemary and sea salt.
