Master pastry chef Jean-Yves Charon crafts these treats using his buttery, award-winning puff pastry, cutting and shaping the dough by hand. Shipped frozen, they are a breeze to prepare – going directly from the freezer to the oven. After baking, the pastries emerge with flaky, golden-brown exteriors, irresistible buttery aroma, and a richly spiced apple filling. Delicious as a breakfast pastry, these treats are also ideal for a quick dessert on short notice.

- Use & Care
- The pastries ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, store in the freezer, where they will keep for up to 1 month.
- Cook from frozen. Place the frozen pastries, slitside up, on a nonstick or parchment-lined baking sheet. Preheat oven to 375°F. If desired, lightly beat an egg with 1 Tbs. cold water and, using a pastry brush, brush the pastries with the egg wash. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.
- Butter, water, enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme, ascorbic acid [dough conditioner]), wheat flour, apples, apple juice (apple juice concentrate, water, ascorbic acid), brown sugar, rice starch, lemon juice, salt, vanilla extract, orange zest (orange peels, sugar, natural flavor), cinnamon, nutmeg.
