Our presentation cheese board and cheese knife set provide impeccable service for artisanal cheeses. All are handcrafted in Italy, using aged olive wood, a Mediterranean hardwood prized for its rich coloration and intricate grain. Accompanied by a serving fork, the four cheese knives each feature a stainless-steel blade shaped for a specific type of cheese: a spreader for soft varieties, a curved pointed blade for hard, a wide blade for semihard and a narrow blade for semisoft.
