Month 1 (Delivery between August 6, 2013 and August 16, 2013)

With a tender filet on one side of the bone and a robust strip steak on the other, the porterhouse is the king of American steaks. These, from Double R Ranch Co., are well-marbled to stay juicy on the grill and deliver exceptional flavor. Set of 4 steaks, 16 oz. each.

Month 2 (Delivery between September 3, 2013 and September 13, 2013)

Exceptionally tender and well marbled, the rib-eye is a truly spectacular steak. Double R Ranch Co.’s raising and finishing techniques produce a great combination of texture and flavor that shines in this special cut. Set of 4 steaks, 12 oz. each.

Month 3 (Delivery between October 8, 2013 and October 18, 2013)

Flat iron steaks cooks quickly, stays tender and delivers big, beef flavor, making it a great choice for busy weeknights or Saturday cook-outs. These finely marbled, versatile flat iron steaks from Double R Ranch Co. are delicious on their own or marinated and perfect in a host of recipes. Set of 4 steaks, 8 oz. each.

Use & Care

Receiving Instructions

The steaks are shipped frozen with cold packs to maintain the appropriate temperature during shipment and may arrive partially thawed. This is to be expected and does not impact the safety of the product. Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze to enjoy at a later date. The meats keep refrigerated, up to 5 days, unopened, or up to 3 months frozen. If frozen, remove the meat from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. For best quality, once thawed, we do not recommend refreezing the steaks.
