The exceptional oil is crafted for us at Moulin Alziari, a historic mill in Nice, France, where artisans use ancestral techniques that originated nearly 2000 years ago. They cold press a custom blend of the finest ripe Mediterranean black olive within 12 hours of harvest, yielding a velvety, full-bodied oil with delicate overtones of hazelnut and almond. Wonderful for dipping and drizzling, the oil has a high smokepoint, so you can also use it for cooking.
