For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

At Williams-Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Check size of oven vs pan When you are ready to purchase this item consider size of pan for your oven. The web site list the pan size overall. For most people overall is the total distance of the item including handles. This is not the case with this roaster. The large pan measures 18 inches with handles and the ex large pan measures over 21 inches with handles. Still very nice pans worth buying.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Roaster! This roaster is the best I've ever used and I'm so glad I made the purchase! Distributes and retains heat evenly giving you a perfect roast every time. I've made prime rib, cornish hens, and lamb chops and they've all come out perfect and amazing. It's also beautiful and made in the US. The other All-Clad roaster (not the flared one) is made in China.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from More room than the old ones. I already own the previous roasters, both sizes. They had vertical sides. The new ones with the flared sides can accommodate larger turkeys. Measure your oven before you buy the extra large. Per the carton, the cookware is made in the US while the rack is made in China. I also have a large All-Clad covered roaster with 5 inch high vertical walls and a domed cover. Sometimes it's nice to have the lid. I am not sure if they make that anymore. I also own the Copper-Core flared oval roaster which they don't make anymore. Bottom line: It's functional and has a nice finish. No major complaints.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality! My first time cooking the Thanksgiving turkey is coming up and I wanted something reliable to cook with as well as elegant to serve. This All-Clad is sturdy and a healthy alternative to cook with. The first time I got a bit concerned because there was some spotting (should have coated with oil as instructions describe) but they came right off with a little warm vinegar.

We bought a set of All-Clad pots and pans in 1999 and they are all in perfect condition; in fact they look brand new. We bought this roaster in 2012 for Thanksgiving--it was fine, but after using it once, there appeared chips in the stainless steel. I had washed in the dishwasher, just like all our other All-Clad pieces. Anyway, W-S referred me to All-Clad, which told me to send it in for their inspection. NO JOKE--I got it back a month later with a note saying the chips were my fault and they weren't standing my the product. Did a little online research and found out All-Clad is now largely made in China. Very expensive mistake but I'm replacing with Mauviel.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not quite what I expected I chose All Clad because all the other All Clad pieces I have purchased have performed so well, especially onsite at catering jobs. Many times you don't have a stove to work with, so I have a couple induction burners that have served me very well. All my other All Clad pans have worked well with the induction burners. The roaster, however, DOES NOT. This is an inconvenience at home, as well as on the job. Many times while cooking a major meal for family, the burners on my stove are full. When I pull the roaster out of the oven to allow the meat to rest while I make gravy, I need the extra burner to finish the meal at the last moment. This means shuffling hot pans around and trying to free up two burners to accommodate the roaster. That's not what I expected, and I'm quite disappointed.
