Williams-Sonoma Professional Full Sheet Pan

Commercial bakers count on this rimmed pan to turn out batch after batch of cookies as well as sheets of fragrant foccacia bread. It can even be used to support filled baking pans and molds on the oven rack. The pan is sturdily constructed for us of aluminized steel, which distributes heat evenly throughout it and won't warp or flex when exposed to a rapid change in temperature.
