Our rimmed sheet pans have countless uses, from holding a sheet of fragrant focaccia to supporting a berry tart. The pans boast two layers of technologically advanced Swiss-made Goldtouch™ nonstick coating, a ceramic-reinforced nonstick surface that will not chip or peel and is highly scratch-resistant. To withstand frequent use, the nonstick layers are bonded to commercial-gauge aluminized steel, the same construction used by professional kitchens because it distributes heat quickly and evenly, producing consistent baking results. A thick band within each pan's lip increases durability and prevents warping or flexing. The pans release baked foods without sticking and clean up easily. Use & Care

  • Dishwasher safe.
  • Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
  • Oven safe to 550°F.
  • Safe for use with all utensils. Metal utensils may scratch the pan but will not affect its performance.
  • Do not cut in pan.
  • Prepare pan according to the recipe. Grease and flour if specified.
  • There is no need to adjust the oven temperature called for in recipe.
