Start by measuring and tamping the ground coffee, then let the machine alert you to when it reaches the optimal brewing pressure. Electronic controls automatically maintain the exact water temperature for ideal extraction. Three filters simplify brewing one or two cups at a time, using your own coffee or premeasured pods. For authentic cappuccinos, lattes and Americanos, the machine features a commercial-style steam wand and a hot water wand.
