Oven Baked Paella

There are as many local versions of paella as there are Spanish cooks, but everyone agrees on one essential ingredient: golden, saffron-infused rice. For tender, flavorful rice that cooks into separate fluffy grains, we've combined authentic Calasparra rice with pure saffron, paprika, garlic, chiles and herbs. Just combine the rice and seasonings with water, add your favorite combination of meat, seafood and veggies—then pop in the oven for perfect paella.
