Use & Care
Use
- Wash in warm, soapy water before first use.
- Oven safe to 550°F.
- Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.

- Pan will gradually darken with use. This is normal and will enhance its performance.
Care
- Hand-wash. Dry thoroughly; a warm oven works well for drying.
