In striking brushed stainless steel, this versatile set features gently curved silhouettes detailed with sculpted handles. Triple-ply construction leaves a layer of heavy-gauge aluminum between the stainless-steel interior and exterior, to ensure superb conductivity and even heating. For versatility, the cookware can be used safely on the stovetop as well as in the oven and under a broiler; the tempered-glass lids with stainless-steel rims are oven safe to 450°F. The long handles are designed to stay cool on the stovetop. Dishwasher safe. The set includes 8", 10" and 12" omelette pans, 1 1/2- and 2 1/2-qt. covered saucepans, a 3-qt. covered chef’s casserole, a 3-qt. covered sauté pan and an 8-qt. covered stock pot.
General Information
- Allow pan to cool before washing. Hand wash in hot, soapy water.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- To clean the exterior, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine powdered cleanser. Do not use on nonstick surfaces.
- Never use metal utensils on nonstick surfaces.
- Oven safe to 500ºF. Glass lids are oven safe to 450ºF.
