Emeril Five-in-One Pan
This versatile cookware is designed for down-home favorites – from smoked ribs and grilled vegetables to crispy fried chicken and tender roast beef. Chef Emeril Lagasse worked with All-Clad to create a single cast-iron pan that functions as five pans: stovetop smoker, ridged grill pan, deep-fryer, roaster and broiler. To use it as a stovetop smoker, just add aromatic wood chips, place food on the nonstick rack and cover with the tight-fitting lid. The ridged reverse side of the lid is perfect for grilling. The heavy cast iron absorbs and retains heat beautifully, while its preseasoned surface resists sticking and is easy to clean.
