All-Clad Copper Core Round Bottom Wok
The key to successful stir-frying is to keep ingredients in motion over high heat, a technique that sears foods quickly and evenly. Tailor-made for the job, this All-Clad wok combines a fast-heating copper core with the traditional round bottom that uniformly radiates heat while facilitating stirring. A stainless steel ring for resting the wok over a gas or electric burner is included. Ideal for deep-frying, thanks to its generous size, the wok also comes with a removable draining rack. The wok’s copper core is sandwiched between layers of heat-responsive aluminum, which are finished with polished stainless steel. Hand-wash. 8-qt. cap., 16" diam. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.
General Information
- Allow pan to cool before washing. Hand wash in hot, soapy water.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be cleaned with a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine powdered cleanser.
- If desired, the exterior copper ring can be cleaned with a copper polish.
- Oven and broiler safe.
