Recipe: Stuffed Heirloom Tomatoes
Stuffing vine-ripened tomatoes with a savory filling is a favorite preparation in the South of France. Our hearty filling combines sausage, mushrooms, bread crumbs and cheese with fresh herbs and other seasonings.

Taller than a typical sauté pan, this one is roomy enough for deep-frying. It’s also a great choice for sautéing foods over high heat and for preparing sauces right in the pan. Included, along with the lid, is a 13" diam. screen, which fits directly over the pan to contain hot-oil splatters. Made of stainless steel inside and out, the pan has an aluminum core that helps transfer heat quickly and steadily.
