By tradition, making authentic paella of short-grain rice cooked with olive oil and other ingredients calls for a low, wide pan with simple loop handles. Following that classic design, All-Clad created a paella pan that transfers heat quickly and evenly to its contents, thanks to a heat-responsive aluminum core sandwiched between the gleaming stainless steel interior and exterior. Dishwasher safe. 4-qt. cap., 13" diam.
