General Information
- Allow pan to cool before washing. Hand wash in hot, soapy water.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- To clean stubborn food residue and stains from cookware surfaces that do not have a nonstick finish, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine powdered cleanser. We recommend Bar Keepers Friend, which is available at Williams-Sonoma stores.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the nonstick surface.
- Oven safe to 500ºF.
- Safe to use on induction cooktops.
