This stainless steel wok has the rounded bottom of a traditional Chinese wok, a shape that eases stirring and tossing ingredients and keeps foods in the center of the pot, where the highest heat is concentrated. Resting on its stainless-steel ring (included), the wok is designed for use over a gas or electric burner. Its ample proportions also make it excellent for steaming, braising and deep-frying (a rack is included for draining fried foods). 8-qt. cap., 16" diam. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.
