Calphalon One Infused-Anodized Wok, 10"
This wok is the perfect size for stir-frying an individual meal or a side dish. It features Calphalon One’s sear-and-release technology, known as infused-anodized aluminum, which is significantly harder than stainless steel. The heavy-gauge aluminum spreads heat rapidly across the bottom and up the sides of the wok, so ingredients cook in a flash. Durable enough to use with metal utensils, the pan won’t stain, peel or react with acidic ingredients. We recommend washing this cookware by hand. 10" diam. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.
General Information
- Allow pan to cool before washing. Hand wash in hot, soapy water.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- To clean the exterior, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine powdered cleanser.
