The hard-anodized aluminum pan features a durable cooking surface coated with four interlocking nonstick layers, allowing lowfat cooking with effortless release. The exterior surface is infused with an advanced release polymer, so the pan cleans up in no time – inside and out. Sloped sides simplify turning or flipping foods, and the riveted stainless-steel handle stays cool on the stovetop. Oven-safe to 500°F. Hand-wash.

General Information

  • Allow pan to cool before washing. Hand wash in hot, soapy water.  
  • Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
  • To clean the exterior, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine powdered cleanser. Do not use on nonstick surfaces.  
  • Never use metal utensils on nonstick surfaces.
  • Oven safe to 500ºF. Glass lids are oven safe to 450ºF.
