The heavy-gauge pan spreads heat quickly and evenly and its performance is further enhanced by Calphalon's breakthrough nonstick technology. Allowing you to use little or no oil, the cooking surface features four interlocking layers of rugged nonstick coating for trouble-free release and fast, easy cleanup. The exterior, infused with an advanced release polymer, also cleans easily. The riveted stainless-steel handle remains cool, even at high temperatures. Oven-safe to 500°F. Hand-wash. 11" sq.
General Information
- Allow pan to cool before washing. Hand wash in hot, soapy water.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- To clean the exterior, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine powdered cleanser. Do not use on nonstick surfaces.
- Never use metal utensils on nonstick surfaces.
- Oven safe to 500ºF. Glass lids are oven safe to 450ºF.
