Thanks to Calphalon's latest proprietary technology, this hard-anodized aluminum stockpot guarantees that your favorite soups and stocks will simmer without sticking or scorching. The tall, deep pot cooks liquids slowly and gently, developing full flavor while minimizing evaporation of liquids. To eliminate sticking and speed cleanup, the interior features a durable new surface composed of four interlocking nonstick layers. The exterior, infused with an advanced release polymer, is also easy to clean. Other amenities include cast-stainless-steel loop handles and a domed tempered-glass lid. Hand-wash. 8-qt. cap.; 9 1/4" diam., 8" high.

General Information

  • Allow pan to cool before washing. Hand wash in hot, soapy water.  
  • Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
  • To clean the exterior, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine powdered cleanser. Do not use on nonstick surfaces.  
  • Never use metal utensils on nonstick surfaces.
  • Oven safe to 500ºF. Glass lids are oven safe to 450ºF.
