Calphalon One Nonstick Flat-Bottom Wok, 12"
You'll achieve superior results when you prepare stir-fries in Calphalon's well-designed nonstick wok. Allowing you to cook with little or no oil, the interior is coated with four interlocking nonstick layers for unsurpassed release and ease of cleaning. The exterior, infused with an advanced release polymer, is also simple to clean. Highly responsive to heat, the durable hard-anodized aluminum pan has a flat bottom that allows it to rest directly on a burner. Curved sides simplify stirring and tossing, while cast stainless-steel handles make the wok easy to maneuver. A domed tempered-glass lid allows maximum heat circulation and a clear view of cooking progress. Oven-safe to 500°F. Hand-wash. 12" diam., 5 1/4" high.
General Information
- Allow pan to cool before washing. Hand wash in hot, soapy water.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- To clean the exterior, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine powdered cleanser. Do not use on nonstick surfaces.
- Never use metal utensils on nonstick surfaces.
- Oven safe to 500ºF. Glass lids are oven safe to 450ºF.
