All-Clad Fish Poacher
Both an object of beauty and a practical necessity, this gorgeous poacher is indispensable for cooking whole fish and large fillets, which are difficult to accommodate in standard-size pans. The stove-to-table pan is superbly crafted of polished 18/10 stainless steel, which won't stain or react with foods and cleans up easily. A stainless steel slotted rack holds the fish for poaching or steaming and lifts out for transferring cooked fish from stove to platter. Riveted handles on each end of the pan simplify transport. For a crowning touch, a decorative salmon handle tops the lid. 7-qt. cap., 18 1/4" x 7" x 4 1/4" high.
